If purchased, travel insurance that covers every member of your party is included in the Rental Rate for reservations that are confirmed with a minimum of a 25% deposit prior to leaving your home for vacation.  The policy will refund the money you have paid toward your vacation by covering the following unanticipated proble
ms and expenses such as:

Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption:  Examples include sickness, injury or death, mandatory evacuation, inaccessibility and uninhabitability due to a hurricane, involuntary termination of employment or transfer of employment, uninhabitability of principal place of residence, and/or the extension of the school year.

Trip Delay:  Coverage provides reimbursement for reasonable additional accommodations and travel expenses if you are delayed 12 hours or more due to carrier caused delay, inclement weather, strike or natural disaster.
Emergency Accident and Sickness Medical Expense:  Coverage provides for emergency medical treatment as a result of an accidental injury or sickness which occurs during the covered trip.

Emergency Medical Evacuation:  Coverage provides for emergency transportation expenses to the nearest hospital by air or land ambulances and if insured is hospitalized more than 7 days, round trip economy air fare for a companion to visit.

Baggage Delay:  Coverage provides for emergency purchase of necessary personal effects if baggage is delayed more than 12 hours.

Guests who purchased travel insurance will be protected with coverage through Trip Preserver/Red Sky Travel Insurance.

Travel insurance must be purchased 30 days prior to arrival or final payment, whichever comes first.
For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, Travel Insurance must be purchased when booking; it can not be added later.
