Overlooking the Apalachicola Bay, this delightful cottage is situated to invite the most memorable views of the area's famous sunsets. It is an outdoor enthusiast's dream - the deepwater dock has a convenient ladder which provides easy access to your boat or canoe and the dock also serves as a great fishing pier. A hot tub can be found in the screened porch under the home, a covered deck has built-in seating and a large upstairs sundeck stretches across the bayside. This fantastic home is all one level so the only stairs to climb are from the ground level. Both the charming living area and the master suite have direct access to the sundeck. Multiple TVs/DVD players and a high chair and pack-n-play are available for the little ones. Dogs are welcome and a kennel is provided for guests' convenience. No cats, please - owner has allergies.
