Due to the Safer at home order effective 4/2/20 we have changed the way we do business.
Our offices will be open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Our offices will be closed Saturday and Sunday with an on-call representative in case of emergencies.
What this means for us is that any guest currently on the island can finish their stay, but no new guest is allowed to check in through April 30th. If you are currently a guest on the island you are only allowed to leave the home for essential activities, to buy groceries, walk your dog, etc.
All our local restaurants are closed for inside dining, but To-Go orders are encouraged, and some are even offering delivery! All bars are closed.
The most important thing is for everyone to stay safe and healthy! We will get through this.
COVID-19 Update 3/27/2020
Governor Ron Desantis in his press conference this afternoon, just suspended vacation rentals in the state of Florida for the next 2 weeks. What this means for us is that any guest currently on the island can finish their stay, but no new guest is allowed to check in for the next 14 days.
We, again, would like to take a moment to thank all our loyal guests who have continued to work with us during this pandemic. We have talked with a lot of you that have/had reservations checking in from now through the end of April. Again, this is the time frame we are working with. If we need to adjust this date range, we will notify you as this occurs. If you have not talked with us, we will be reaching out to you in the next few weeks. We are closely monitoring decisions made by local, state and national governments and we will notify you as soon as we can once they occur.
As of today, here is the most up to date information.
