St. George Island Brewfest

Resort Vacation Properties is a proud sponsor of the SGI Brewfest. This event is a fundraiser for the Franklin County Humane Society and all proceeds benefit the homeless dogs and cats of Franklin County. Run by a committee of SGI residents, the SGI Brewfest coordinates with local sponsors  and other animal lovers throughout the year to support the Franklin County Humane Society programs and animal shelter. It’s a dedicated group of volunteers and supporters determined to improve quality of life for our furry friends – and have fun doing it!

The 3rd Annual SGI Brewfest on April 28, 2018 was again a smashing success. With a sold out crowd and amazing craft beers from more than 40 breweries, there were ample suds, sunshine, and smiles to go around. Most importantly, the event raised $33,000 to fund the Humane Society’s important work.
