Island Escape is one block from the large Olympic size community pool with tennis courts. The nature view bike trail is right at the driveway, connecting trails to the clubhouse gym. While secluded in a gated community, this home is close to local shops, restaurants, nightlife and St. George Lighthouse Museum. Apalachicola�s trendy shops, culinary scene and historic charm are just 25 minutes by car!

The exterior of this pristine and soothing Island home offers a covered entry and private boardwalk to the sparkling private beach. Two well-appointed and furnished covered decks offer incredible beach views of the turquoise waters. A fantastic large screened, ground floor room with loads of comfy seating and a dining table are just adjacent to the sparkling pool. Also adjacent to the pool deck is another comfy, covered seating area with a large picnic table.�

Two tall Adirondack chairs overlooking the beachfront are a great spot to relax while watching the sunset. A fish cleaning station is provided for your fresh catch and a double park-style grill to prepare it.�

Plenty of parking and a turnaround driveway allow room for your boat. If you enjoy fishing, you can take advantage of fishing at the cut!

Touring Island Escape�s interiors begins on the third floor in the open and beautifully airy living/dining/kitchen that creates an amazing space gathering everyone together. Host Your Event at Island Escape: This home can accommodate a 30x50 tent beachfront by the pool! Gorgeous wedding site with a king bedroom downstairs as a bridal suite. Beachfront with palm lined path to accent gorgeous photos. An additional event fee will be added to the rental rate. Up to 75 guests welcome, with more guests allowed upon owner approval.

Please note: Golf Carts are not allowed with rentals in the Plantation.

• 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: The Gate Pass must be displayed in your vehicle at all times and is not transferable. Posted speed limits must be observed; citations and/or fines may be issued for violations.

  Parking is restricted to your rental house and designated parking areas only; no parking on side streets is allowed.

  To bring a motorhome into the Plantation, arrangements must be made 2 weeks in advance and it must be parked under the house. The only exception to this rule is for a certified medical necessity. Boats, trailers, and jet skis must also be parked under the
  house.

  There are no available boat ramps for launching inside the Plantation. Please obey all safety rules and county ordinances for boats and jet skis. No other motorized vehicles, including motorcycles and golf carts, are allowed by renters.
